Karol Wapniarski

Research

My work in philosophy centres on the history of traditional logic: the problem of existential import, the evolution of logical diagrams, and computational accounts of Aristotelian syllogistic. I have also worked on formalising syllogistic with interactive theorem provers.

In philology I work on Latin and Ancient Greek written by classical vernacular authors, and I occasionally translate Greek and Roman texts into Polish. Those articles are in Polish.
